Texa-Tonka Shopping Center, located at the intersection of Texas Avenue and Minnetonka Boulevard in St. Louis Park, MN, is more than a shopping destination. It's a community hub revitalized through a collaborative effort with Paster Properties and Sever Construction.

The project focused on creating a welcoming environment by adding outdoor gathering spaces and prioritizing pedestrian and cyclist-friendly features. The shopping center also embraces sustainability through solar lighting and the reuse of existing materials.
